Get Chloe Grace Moretz florescent Simone Rocha mini for less!

I love the florescent Simone Rocha mini Chloe Grace Moretz wore to the Peoples Choice Awards but I don't love the price tag: Simone Rocha dresses average $1200.00. Nor do I know any young ladies that could drop a chunk of change equivalent to a first car on a single dress. Then I spotted this cap sleeve creation by Xhilaration® for Target. This Juniors sheath dress, featured in Pantone's 2013 colour of the year, emerald, is a cool $24.99!
